研究目的：

1主要目的 1.1评价温阳通络法治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的疗效及其安全性； 1.2构建RA相关生物信息资源库；形成疗效确切、优势突出的RA协定处方。 2次要目的 2.1通过开展中医药治疗RA的规范化研究，形成基于循证医学研究、长期随访观察和远期疗效评价方法、机制和模式； 2.2完善、建立中医药治疗RA临床研究质量控制方法。

Objectives of Study：

1 main purpose 1.1. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Warming yang and Smoothening Meridians in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA); 1.2. build RA related biological information database; to form RA prescription with definite curative effect and outstanding advantages; 2 secondary purpose 2.1. Through the study on the standardization of the Chinese medicine treatment of RA, form a mechanism and pattern based on evidence-based medicine research and long-term follow-up evaluation method; 2.2. consummate and establish the quality control method for clinical research which the Chinese medicine treatment of RA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不符合上述纳入标准者。
（2）RA晚期患者，关节严重畸形，关节功能Ⅳ级、X线分期在Ⅳ期者。
（3）重叠其他风湿病如系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、严重的膝骨关节炎等患者。
（4）合并心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病者。
（5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，精神病患者。
（6）过敏体质者。
（7）正在参加其他临床试验的患者。
（8）服用甲氨喋呤无用的排除。
（9）对温阳通络方、甲氨喋呤过敏的排除。
（10）近期有生育要求者排除。
（11）使用生物DMARDs的予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) overlap with other rheumatism, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, severe knee osteoarthritis and so on;
(2) merger of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, such as serious illness;
(3) pregnant or lactating women, psychiatric patients;
(4) those who are allergic;
(5) those who are participating in other clinical trials of patients;
(6) taking methotrexate useless ruled out;
(7) on the side of Warming yang and Smoothening Meridians prescription and allergic to methotrexate ruled out;
(8) recent fertility requirements were excluded;
(9) The use of biological DMARDs.
