研究目的：

目前，锁骨上臂丛神经阻滞仍需大剂量局部麻醉，增加了麻醉风险。期望通过我们对锁骨上臂丛神经横截面积(CSA)的研究，减少局麻剂量，提高麻醉的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Currently, supraclavicular brachial plexus block(SPBPB) still requires a large dose of local anesthesia and it increases the risk of anesthesia. It is expected that through our study on the cross-sectional area(CSA) of the supraclavicular brachial plexus nerve, the dose of local anesthesia can be reduced and the safety of anesthesia can be improved.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究前最后2周使用非甾体抗炎或阿片类药物，或有糖尿病、精神或神经障碍或凝血功能障碍史。

Exclusion criteria：

Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory or opioid drugs during the last 2 weeks prior to the study or with a history of diabetes, psychiatric or neurological disorder, or coagulopathies.
