研究目的：

1.根据量表跨文化调试程序，引进并汉化老年人社会联结量表，检测其信效度，形成适合我国文化背景的中文版量表，为评估我国老年人社会联结水平及评价干预效果提供有效的工具。 2.应用中文版老年人社会联结量表对福州市三甲医院医联体社区老年人的社会联结水平进行现状调查并分析其影响因素。 3.构建老年人社会联结与社会支持、社交网络、认知功能、负性情绪的结构方程模型进行路径分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. According to the intercultural debugging procedure of the scale, the social connection scale for the elderly was introduced and sinicized to test its reliability and validity, so as to form a Chinese version of the scale suitable for China's cultural background, providing an effective tool for assessing the level of social connection for the elderly in China and evaluating the intervention effect. 2. The Chinese version of the Social Connection Scale for the elderly was used to investigate the status quo of the social connection level of the elderly in the medical union community of Fuzhou Grade A hospital and analyze its influencing factors. 3. Construct the structural equation model of social connection and social support, social network, cognitive function and negative emotion of the elderly for path analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在视听力障碍、语言表达障碍；
（2）意识不清或伴有精神障碍老年人，如焦虑症、妄想症等；
（3）患有严重疾病，无法完成此次调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Visual and hearing impairment, language expression impairment;
2. the elderly with unconsciousness or mental disorders, such as anxiety, paranoia, etc.;
3. Unable to complete the survey due to serious illness.
