Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of PHPV fusion factor vaginal antibacterial gel in the treatment of persistent cervical high-risk HPV infection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①处于妊娠期或哺乳期者；
②有子宫切除史以及子宫颈手术史者；
③对本研究药物过敏者；
④有急性生殖道感染疾病如细菌性阴道炎、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病、滴虫性阴道炎、衣原体感染、淋病等者；
⑤有宫颈癌或者宫颈高级别病变者；
⑥近3个月服用抗生素者；
⑦有严重肝肾功能异常、糖尿病、心脏病、精神障碍等疾病者；
⑧免疫代谢紊乱、凝血功能异常者；
⑨依从性较差者；
⑩研究者认为不适宜参加本临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① During pregnancy or lactation;
② History of hysterectomy and cervical surgery;
③ Allergic to the study drug;
④ Acute genital tract infection;
⑤ With cervical cancer or high-grade cervical lesions;
⑥ Those who have taken antibiotics in the past 3 months;
⑦ Those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes, heart disease, mental disorders and other diseases;
⑧ Those with immune metabolism disorder and abnormal blood coagulation function;
⑨ Unable to cooperate with the research;
⑩ Not suitable to participate in this study with consideration of researcher.
