研究目的：

探讨口腔软组织及生理活动时产生的压力对牙槽骨骨增量效果的影响，明确口腔压力屏蔽对骨增量的意义，从而初步判断口腔生理活动对骨增量效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the influence of pressure generated during oral soft tissue and physiological activities on alveolar bone increment effect, to clarify the significance of oral pressure shielding on bone increment, so as to preliminarily judge the influence of oral physiological activities on bone increment effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.牙周病病史。
2.未控制的糖尿病。
3.严重骨缺损需要分期骨增量。
4.其他系统性疾病或全身状态不佳不适合种植和骨增量手术。
5.对侧牙有缺失且未修复或对侧牙齿疾患有咀嚼不适者。
6.依从性差或不能按期复诊者。
7.术中骨量明显不足种植体螺纹暴露超过其长度1/3 者。
8.术后炎症或者创口裂开者。
9.弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、孕妇等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of periodontal disease.
2. Uncontrolled diabetes.
3. Serious bone defects require staging bone increment.
4. Implant and bone increment surgery are not suitable for other systemic diseases or poor general condition.
5. Patients with missing and unrepaired opposite teeth or chewing discomfort due to diseases of opposite teeth.
6. Patients with poor compliance or unable to return to the clinic on time.
7. Patients with obvious insufficient bone mass during the operation whose implant thread was exposed to more than 1/3 of its length.
8. Postoperative inflammation or wound split.
9. Vulnerable groups, including patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant patients, etc.
