研究目的：

评价HIFU联合免疫治疗在肺转移性肝癌患者中的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of HIFU combined immunotherapy in patients with lung metastatic liver cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.混合肺癌包括神经内分泌肿瘤、肉瘤； 2.五年内患上其他恶性肿瘤； 3.不受控制的胸膜积液或心包积液； 4.肺部存在严重间质性肺炎、严重弥散功能障碍； 5.处于肝衰竭期； 6.自身免疫性疾病需要长期激素治疗患者； 7.急性心血管和脑血管疾病，如急性脑梗塞和急性冠状动脉综合征在1个月内； 8.怀孕期间或哺乳期的患者； 9.预期寿命3个月或更短；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mixed lung cancer including neuroendocrine tumors, sarcoma; 2. Other malignant tumors developed within 5 years; 3. Uncontrolled pleural or pericardial effusion; 4. There were severe interstitial pneumonia and severe diffusion dysfunction in the lungs. 5. In liver failure; 6. Patients with autoimmune diseases requiring long-term hormone therapy; 7. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as acute cerebral infarction and acute coronary syndrome within 1 month; 8. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 9. Life expectancy of 3 months or less;
