研究目的：

1.主要目的：评价局部枸橼酸抗凝在连续性肾脏替代治疗不同模式中的安全性及有效性； 2.次要目的：评价连续性肾脏替代治疗不同模式对急性肾损伤患者的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of local citrate anticoagulation in different modes of continuous renal replacement therapy; 2. Secondary objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of different modes of continuous renal replacement therapy in patients with acute kidney injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有枸橼酸钠过敏史；
2.在CRRT前3天内及CRRT期间接受治疗性抗凝；
3.严重肝功能衰竭，乳酸水平>4mmol/L；
4.同时接受血浆置换、血液吸附等其他血液净化治疗模式；
5.孕产妇、妊娠患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of sodium citrate allergy;
2. Receiving therapeutic anticoagulation within 3 days prior to and during CRRT;
3. Severe liver failure, lactic acid level > 4 mmol/L;
4. At the same time, plasma exchange, blood adsorption and other blood purification treatment mode;
5. Pregnant women and pregnant patients.
