研究目的：

1. 通过将B-CATS运用于双相障碍患者，验证B-CATS能够评估双相障碍不同阶段患者的认知损害及特点，从而能够为今后在双相障碍患者认知功能的临床评估及科研工作中应用该工具提供依据； 2. 通过B-CATS评分与双相障碍患者症状程度进行相关分析，发现双相障碍患者认知损害的相关因素。

Objectives of Study：

1. By applying B-CATS to patients with bipolar disorder, it is verified that B-CATS can evaluate the cognitive impairment and characteristics of patients with bipolar disorder at different stages, so as to provide a basis for the application of this tool in the clinical evaluation and scientific research of cognitive function of patients with bipolar disorder in the future; 2. Through the correlation analysis between B-CATS score and the degree of symptoms in patients with bipolar disorder, finding the related factors of cognitive impairment in patients with bipolar disorder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 继发性抑郁/躁狂症状患者（躯体疾病，药物或其它精神疾病）； 2. 既往或目前有脑器质性疾病或伴有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病，无法完成研究； 3. 严重冲动攻击行为或自伤自杀企图，无法完成研究； 4. 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary depressive/manic symptoms (physical diseases, drugs, or other mental diseases); 2. Previous or current organic brain diseases or severe unstable physical diseases, unable to complete the study; 3. Severe impulsive aggressive behavior or self-injury suicide attempt, unable to complete the study; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
