Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of F127 as an endoscopic ultrasound coupling agent and to provide high-level evidence-based medical evidence for its clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠妇女；
2.心肺功能太差，不能耐受无痛电子超声胃镜检查；
3.综合判断依从性较差的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Those whose cardiopulmonary function is too poor to tolerate painless ultrasound gastroscopy;
3. Have poor overall judgment of compliance.
