研究目的：

目前亟待解决的问题有（1）评价CT引导下交感神经射频热凝术治疗原发性多汗症的临床疗效；（2）CT引导 下交感链化学损毁术与射频热凝术治疗原发性多汗症的疗效分析；（3）探究影响原发性多汗症术后代偿性多 汗发生率的相关因素。解决这些问题，对于提高患者的手术满意度和术后生活质量，减少代偿性多汗症的发 生具有特别重要的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the clinical efficacy of CT-guided sympathetic radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of primary hyperhidrosis; (2) CT-guided chemical destruction of sympathetic chain and radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of primary hyperhidrosis; (3) Explore the related factors affecting the incidence of compensatory hyperhidrosis after primary hyperhidrosis. Solving these problems is of great significance for improving patients' surgical satisfaction and postoperative quality of life, and reducing the occurrence of compensatory hyperhidrosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因其他原因行CT引导下交感神经调制术的患者，如继发性多汗症、雷诺综合征、肢体冷感症、代偿性多汗等；
2.曾行内镜下交感神经切断术的患者；
3.拒绝接受随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing CT-guided sympathetic modulation surgery for other reasons, such as secondary hyperhidrosis, Raynaud's syndrome, limb chills, and compensatory hyperhidrosis;
2. Patients who have undergone endoscopic sympathectomy;
3. Patients who refuse to receive follow-up.
