研究目的：

本研究旨在通过观察不同麻醉药物对腹腔镜手术患者术后认知功能障碍的影响，并进一步检测患者术后炎性因子的变化，以明确麻醉药对认知功能障碍的潜在影响机制。

Objectives of Study：

This study is designed to evaluate different anesthetics influence on POCD, and further detect serum inflammatory factors for the diagnosis and monitoring of patients with POCD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术前访视经MMSE量表分析分数在24分以下（总分30分）的认知功能损害者；（2）既往有酗酒史、药物依赖史、精神或神经系统疾病史或阿尔兹海默病等；（3）严重的视力或者听力损害者；（4）不愿意配合者；（5）不能理解普通话者；（6）终末期疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) cognitive impairment as evidenced by a Mini Mental State Examination score below 24 (of 30 possible points) from the screening test of overall cognitive status at patients' initial visit;
(2) history of alcoholism, drug dependence, psychiatric, or neurological diseases, e.g., Alzheimer disease, stroke, and psychosis;
(3) severe visual or auditory disorder;
(4) unwillingness to comply with the protocol or procedures;
(5)inability to understand the language (Mandarin Chinese) used; and/or
(6) terminal status.
