研究目的：

1.构建动作观察法联合下颏抗阻力训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的干预方案。 2.探讨该方案对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能、生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish an intervention program for stroke patients with swallowing disorder with motion observation combined with chin resistance training. 2. To investigate the effect of this program on swallowing function and quality of life of stroke patients with dysphagia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在口腔、咽、喉、食管结构异常和病变以及颈部损伤或病变的患者；
2.卒中病灶部位在脑干的患者；
3.有癫痫病史；
4.合并帕金森病、颅内肿瘤等可引起吞咽障碍的疾病；
5.存在其他严重心脑肾等疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with structural abnormalities and lesions of oral cavity, pharynx, larynx and esophagus, as well as neck injuries or lesions;
2. Patients with apoplexy lesions in the brain stem;
3. History of epilepsy;
4. Combined with Parkinson's disease, intracranial tumor and other diseases that can cause dysphagia;
5. Patients with other serious heart, brain and kidney diseases.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用简单随机分组方法进行分组，利用SPSS26生成1套(40个)随机数字序列，将随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封，交由第三方（研究生，该研究生在此次试验中只负责这项任务）保管。研究者纳入符合标准的研究对象后，以患者入组时间为先后顺序编号发放信封，后信封交由第三方拆开，根据信封内的随机数字进行分组。将随机数字按从小到大顺序排列，取第1～19位数字为动作观察法联合下颏抗阻力训练组，第20～39位数字为下颏抗阻力训练组。
