通过随机对照研究证实 “针式法”胆总管切开LCBDE在临床工作中应用的可行性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of Needle-type Choledochotomy in Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration in clinical work by randomized controlled study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.LCBDE术中中转开腹；
2.术中改变手术方式如胆肠吻合术；
3.有全麻手术禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who need to change Laparoscopic Common Bile Duct Exploration to laparotomy;
2. Patients who need to change surgical methods during the operation, such as cholangiojejunostomy;
3. Patients with contraindications to general anesthesia.
