研究目的：

探讨基于加速康复模式下，术后住院时间长短是否影响THA/TKA患者康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the length of stay in hospital affected the rehabilitation of THA/TKA patients based on accelerated rehabilitation mode.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)有严重的心肺疾病或其他内科疾病，慢性肾脏疾病
(2)翻修、同期双侧全髋/膝关节置换；
(3)有医院依赖心理，家庭康复恐惧，心态多变，情绪不稳定；
(4)服用抗凝药或阿司匹林或利血平停药不足1周；
(5)伴有中风、先天或后天性凝血功能障碍，血栓栓塞性疾病史；
(6)BMI＞40m2/kg。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) These patients with serious heart and lungs or other medical diseases
(2) revision or bilateral total hip / knee arthroplasty
(3) patients with family rehabilitation fear or mental attitude or emotional instability
(4) stop taking anticoagulants or aspirin or reserpine less than 1 weeks before TKA/TKA
(5) with stroke or thromboembolic disease history;
(6) BMI > 40m2/kg.
