研究目的：

（1）通过阅读国内外文献及相关书籍，初步制定出适用于青少年抑郁症患者的曼陀罗绘画疗法干预方案，经过专家现上论证，对初步方案进行修改，并通过预实验确定最终方案。 （2）将曼陀罗绘画疗法干预方案应用于青少年抑郁症患者，探讨对其自尊水平、反刍思维的干预效果及持续效果。进一步促进曼陀罗绘画疗法在青少年抑郁症患者心理干预中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) By reading domestic and foreign literature and related books, the initial development of the mandala painting therapy intervention program suitable for adolescent patients with depression was made. After experts' demonstration, the preliminary program was modified, and the final program was determined through the pre-experiment. (2) The intervention program of Mandala painting therapy was applied to adolescent patients with depression to explore the intervention effect and lasting effect on the level of self-esteem and rumination. To further promote the application of mandala painting therapy in psychological intervention of adolescent patients with depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）伴精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病患者；
（2）存在听觉、视觉等感知障碍、色盲；
（3）存在严重躯体疾病或药物副作用；
（4）合并严重精神病症状或人格障碍；
（5）接受其它心理干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with mental retardation or organic brain diseases
(2) Auditory, visual and other perceptual impairments, color blindness;
(3) serious physical disease or drug side effects;
(4) with severe psychotic symptoms or personality disorders;
(5) Accept other psychological interveners.
