研究目的：

研究心脏手术期间全凭七氟烷麻醉对糖萼保护作用，从而探究七氟烷保护肾功能的机制，为进一步寻找和开发临床药物提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To research the protective effect of sevoflurane anesthesia on glycocalyx during cardiac surgery, and to explore the mechanism of sevoflurane protecting renal function. We expect to provide a theoretical basis for further searching and developing clinical drugs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.二次手术病史； 2.夹层； 3.孕妇； 4.血流动力学不稳定（需要血管活性药物维持）； 5.严重的肝脏疾病（丙氨酸转氨酶或天冬氨酸转氨酶＞150U）； 6.肾功能不全（肌酐＞1.5mg/dl）； 7.慢性阻塞性肺疾病（用力第一秒呼气容积小于0.8L）； 8.神经系统病史； 9.颈动脉狭窄； 10.严重感染患者（降钙素＞0.5ug/L，CRP大于8.5）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary surgery history; 2. Sandwich; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Hemodynamic instability (need to maintain vascular active drugs); 5. Severe liver disease (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase > 150 U); 6. Renal insufficiency (creatinine > 1.5 mg/dL); 7. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (forced expiratory volume in 1 second is less than 0.8 L); 8. Nervous system; 9. Carotid stenosis; 10. Severe infection patients (calcitonin > 0.5 ug/L, CRP is greater than 8.5).

该实验为随机对照研究。实验分为丙泊酚组和七氟烷组，根据前期实验研究结果，按照0.80的把握度，0.05的检验水准计算每组样本量为48例。考虑到数据丢失，因此纳入106例。不参与本研究的人员按纳入研究的先后顺序排序,在Excel软件中产生随机数字序列并排序,随机分为七氟烷和丙泊酚组。

The experiment was a randomized controlled study. The experiment was divided into propofol group and sevoflurane group. According to the results of previous experimental studies, the sample size of each group was 48 cases calculated according to the 0.80 degree of assurance and 0.05 test level. To account for missing data, 106 cases were included. Personnel not involved in this study were sorted by the order of inclusion in the study, and random number sequences were generated and sorted in Excel software and randomly divided into sevoflurane and propofol groups.
