研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨基于ERAS理念的围麻醉期体位护理干预在胸腔镜手术患者中的应用效果，对提高患者安全性和舒适度的临床意义，建立专科手术患者围麻醉期体位护理标准的可行性，实现传统护理向循证护理、精准护理的转变。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of perioperative posture nursing intervention based on eras concept in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery, the clinical significance of improving patients' safety and comfort, the feasibility of establishing perioperative posture nursing standards for patients undergoing specialized surgery, and realize the transformation from traditional nursing to evidence-based nursing and precision nursing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肩周炎、类风湿、骨性关节炎导致关节变形不能摆放功能位者；
2.上肢运动或感觉异常者；
3.认知障碍、听力或语言表达障碍，或伴有口腔疾病者。
4.困难气道患者或有其他严重合并症不能耐受单肺通气者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Periarthritis of shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis lead to joint deformation and can not be placed in functional position;
2.Abnormal upper limb movement or sensation;
3.Cognitive impairment, hearing or language expression impairment, or accompanied by oral diseases.
4.Patients with difficult airway or other serious complications who cannot tolerate one lung ventilation.
