研究目的:

探究肌少症患者对不同压力LIRT-BFR的急性肌肉反应和血流动力学反应,以期为肌少症患者进行该训练时选择适宜压力提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

we aim to determine the acute effects of knee extension at 30%1RM under different level blood flow restriction on muscle activation, muscle swelling, muscle fatigue and hemodynamic response of patients with sarcopenia.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 患有严重代谢性疾病;
2. 无法理解和完成测试者;
3. 有静脉曲张、肺栓塞或深静脉血栓病史,有严重骨质疏松和高血压(> 160/100mm Hg),及贫血、脑血管疾病、心肌梗死和关节镜关节手术史;
4. 因各种原因无法参加运动者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Suffering from severe metabolic diseases;
2. Unable to understand and complete the test;
3. Had a history of varicose veins, pulmonary embolism, or deep vein thrombosis, severe osteoporosis and hypertension (>160/100mm Hg), and a history of anemia, cerebrovascular disease, myocardial infarction, and arthroscopic joint surgery;
4. Inability to participate in sports for various reasons.

以运动期间肌肉向心收缩时肌电振幅的均方根值(root mean square, RMS)相对于运动前伸膝最大自主等距收缩(Maximum voluntary isometric contraction, MVC)时的RMS百分比(%MVC)反馈肌肉激活程度。于每次训练开始前通过表面肌电测试仪(Waveplus mini,意大利)检测伸膝MVC时股外侧肌隆起部位肌电,并于训练全程监测该处肌电信号。
