通过面对面访问或电话访问填写妇科健康情况调查表，全面了解目标人群妇科健康状况及危险因素，理清高危HPV感染、宫颈癌等妇科疾病高发原因。  

Objectives of Study：

The gynecological health questionnaire was filled in through face-to-face or telephone interview to comprehensively understand the gynecological health status and risk factors of the target population, and clarify the causes of high incidence of gynecological diseases such as high-risk HPV infection and cervical cancer.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与研究的患者；
2.有意识障碍或认知障碍或精神疾病等，不能配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

2. Those who have a disorder of consciousness, cognitive impairment, or mental illness, etc.
