研究目的：

本研究拟分析青年人糖尿病患者 UCPCR 与生化指标及胰岛功能之间关系，明确 UCPCR 是否可以作为预测青年人糖尿病患者分型诊断及 指导患者临床治疗的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to analyze the relationship between UCPCR and biochemical indexes and islet function in young diabetic patients, and to clarify whether UCPCR can be used as a biomarker for predicting the classification diagnosis and guiding the clinical treatment of young diabetic patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重感染及其他内分泌疾病；
2. 有其他严重自身免疫疾病者；
3. 24h内有低血糖发作(空腹血糖<4 mmol/L，<72 mg/dL)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe infection and other endocrine diseases;
2. Other severe autoimmune diseases;
3. Hypoglycemia occurred within 24 h (fasting blood glucose < 4 mmol/L, < 72 mg/dL).
