研究目的：

1.通过横断面调查，评价早产儿营养风险筛查工具的信度和效度； 2.调查早产儿营养风险状况及其影响因素； 3.探讨早产儿营养风险状况与追赶生长、神经行为发育等临床结局的关联性分析。

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the reliability and validity of Nutritional Risk Screening Tool by cross-sectional study; 2. Investigate the nutritional risk status and its influencing factors in preterm children; 3. Analyze the correlation between nutritional risk status and clinical outcomes in preterm children such as neurobehavioral development, catch-up growth and so on.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.诊断为遗传代谢病并需要特殊饮食的早产儿；
2.不同意进行问卷调查的早产儿；
3.不同意进行血液生化检测的早产儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preterm children diagnosed with genetic metabolic diseases and requiring special diets;
2. Preterm children who disagree with the questionnaire survey;
3. Preterm children who disagree with blood biochemical examination.

采用多阶段抽样的方法，从我国东北、华北、华中、华东、华南、西北、西南七大地理分区中选取14个省（直辖市/自治区），考虑到广东省为课题组所在的省份，将广东省设为必选，从华南地区除广东省外的其他两个省份中用随机数字表在Excel中抽取一个省，并从其他六大地理分区中各随机抽取2个省（直辖市/自治区）。每个省（直辖市/自治区）采用方便抽样法抽取1家省级/三级甲等妇幼保健院和1家区/县级妇幼保健院，共28家妇幼保健院。在28家妇幼保健院采用方便抽样法抽取各月龄组早产儿合计11200~23520名为研究对象。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Fourteen provinces were selected randomly from the seven geographical divisions, and Guangdong was regarded as the must. One provincial/three-level and one district/county hospitals were selected from each province by convenience sampling. 11200-23520 preterm children were selected as participants by convenience sampling.
