研究目的：

此研究旨在通过随机对照试验,探究“以意义为本”的影响咨询方法对试管婴儿治疗失败人群的社会心理健康成效，帮助参与者：1）理解失败的经历、认识试管婴儿治疗的丧失感和社会心理困境；2)重构生育意义；3）引导探索可供选择的多家庭建设可能性；4）协助探索失败后的新希望、有效资源和人生目标；5）协助做出基于个人价值观的决策。本干预以个人心理辅导的方式进行，通过重新认识家庭和生育的意义，帮助参与者实现个人成长和有效决策。

Objectives of Study：

For the current study, the aims of the MICA are help participants to 1) make sense of the failures experience, losses and distress of IVF; 2) revisit the meanings of childbearing; 3) guide the elaboration of available family building options and thus to facilitate the meaning searching for family building preference; 4)facilitate the exploration of new hope, resources and goals after the failed IVF cycles; 5)prepare participants for meaning-based decision making. MICA will take the form of individual counselling. By facilitating patients to re-examine the meaning of family and childbearing to them, we believe that patients could achieve personal growth and prepare for meaning-based decision making for their fertility journey.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有神经精神疾病、内分泌疾病，需要服用影响内分泌及精神类药物；
2.正在参加其他心理干预的活动如（冥想、瑜伽）等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from neuropsychiatric or endocrine diseases, and needing to take endocrine and psychiatric drugs;
2. Engaging in other psychological intervention activities such as meditation and yoga.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	有详细，规范的CRF表记录患者详细的基线资料。部分问题可能涉及参与者的隐私和价值取向。参与者的个人资料将会绝对保密，所有涉及个人识别资料不会出现在研究报告中。参与者在参与项目期间会被录音，有权利检查录音内容，或要求研究团队删除部分或全部录音内容。录音将会被转录，并和其他资料保存在加密的文件夹中。所有数据将于研究结束后五年内被销毁。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	CRF will be used to achieve standard data collection. Data containing personal identifiers will be collected. All information obtained in this study will be used for research purposes only. Participants will not be identified by name in any report of the completed study. Participants' personal particulars will be handled with strict confidentiality. The intervention procedure will be audio-recorded, and participants have the right to review and erase the audio records. For protection, all data will be securely stored and will be deleted after five years of study completion. Participants have the right to access personal data and publicly available study results, if and when needed.
