研究目的：

(1) 对甲状腺髓样癌和碘难治甲状腺癌患者术后标本行基因检测，及时进行靶向治疗； (2) 研究外周血ctDNA在复发和监测中的临床应用价值； (3) 随访分析患者无进展生存时间(PFS)和总生存期(OS)与基因变异的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Gene testing of postoperative specimens of patients with medullary thyroid cancer and iodine-refractory thyroid cancer, and targeted therapy; 2. To study the clinical application value of peripheral blood ctDNA in recurrence and monitoring; 3. To evaluate the correlation between progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) of patients with genetic variation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)非甲状腺髓样癌及碘难治分化型甲状腺癌患者；
(2)无法进行有效随访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with non-medullary thyroid cancer and iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer;
2. Patients who cannot be effectively followed up.
