研究目的：

1.研究与常规ERAS早期活动相比，目标导向性早期活动方案是否可以促进患者肠道功能恢复并降低患者术后住院时间; 2.目标导向性早期活动方案是否可以降低术后肠梗阻、深静脉血栓形成的发生率，提高患者术后活动耐力，减少30d非计划再入院率。

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate whether goal-directed early mobilization program can improve bowel function recovery and reduce postoperative hospital stay compared with routine ERAS early mobility. 2. Whether goal-directed early mobilization program can reduce the incidence of postoperative bowel obstruction and thrombosis, improve postoperative exercise tolerance, and reduce 30-day unplanned readmission rates.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肢体活动障碍者（如股骨髋部骨折）；
2.不愿使用运动手环或对运动手环过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with activity disabilities (such as hip fracture);
2. People who don't want to use or are allergic to sports bracelets.

采用区组随机化的方法进行分组。受试者筛选成功后按先后顺序编号为1-76，R3.6.3生成随机数字，76个随机数字按编号顺序分为15个区组，区组长度为4或6，各个区组内的随机数字按从小到大顺序进行排序，1：1分为分为目标导向组或常规组。此过程由一名不参与受试者招募与干预过程的人员进行，该随机分组工作在试验干预前完成。
