研究目的：

针对轻度认知障碍老年人，应用包括有氧运动+抗阻训练+平衡训练的综合运动干预以及太极干预，研制干预工具，使用随机对照试验，评价干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

For the elderly with mild cognitive impairment, comprehensive exercise intervention including aerobic exercise + resistance training + balance training and tai chi intervention were applied. Intervention tools were developed and randomized controlled trials were used to evaluate the effect of intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.由于其他疾病引起的认知功能减退（包括且不限于：中枢神经系统感染、帕金森症、代谢性脑病、叶酸和维生素B12缺乏以及甲状腺功能减退）；
2.曾患神经系统疾病（卒中、帕金森症、癫痫等）；
3.美国精神病学会《精神障碍诊断及统计手册》第5版（The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders，DSM–5）中包含的重症精神疾病；
4.心脏、肺、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统严重疾病；
5.酗酒史或药物滥用史；
6.在本研究筛查开始前的30天内参与过其他类似干预试验；
7.服用治疗认知障碍药物（促智药物）；
8.导致不能完成本研究的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive decline due to other medical conditions (including but not limited to: central nervous system infections, Parkinson's disease, metabolic encephalopathy, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiencies, and hypothyroidism);
2. Have suffered from neurological diseases (stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.);
3. Severe mental disorders included in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) of the American Psychiatric Association;
4. Serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
5. History of alcohol or drug abuse;
6. Participated in other similar intervention trials within 30 days prior to the screening of this study;
7. Taking drugs to treat cognitive impairment (drugs to promote intelligence);
8. Other reasons for not completing the study.
