探索定量能谱CT及MRI功能成像（DCE、DKI）参数在HNSCC的HNSCC的侵袭性及新辅助化疗效果的潜在作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the potential role of quantitative energy spectrum CT and MRI functional imaging (DCE, DKI) parameters in HNSCC invasiveness and neoadjuvant chemotherapy effect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有化疗和/或放疗史； 2.未手术切除； 3.手术切除与影像检查间隔>2周； 4.明显伪影； 5.CT及MRI扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy; 2. No surgical resection; 3. The interval between surgical resection and imaging examination > 2 weeks; 4. Obvious artifacts; 5. Contraindications to CT and MRI scanning.
