评价新辅助免疫治疗联合化疗对可切除非小细胞肺癌治疗的有效性,和对患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy in resectable non-small cell lung cancer and its effect on prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心肺功能差，不能耐受手术；
2.第二次MDT评估，在新辅助治疗以后病变进展至不可切除或者远处转移；
3.拒绝随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor cardiopulmonary function, unable to tolerate surgery;
2. After the second MDT evaluation, the lesion progressed to unresectable or distant metastasis after neoadjuvant therapy;
3. Refusal to follow up.
