研究目的：

1.根据临床表型和社会生态因素，鉴定自闭症、注意缺陷和多动障碍、智力障碍的亚型。 2.根据临床型和环境因素，建立自闭症、注意缺陷和多动障碍、智力障碍的预后模型。 3.鉴定和检验影响自闭症、注意缺陷多动障碍以及智力障碍等常见的神经发育障碍的特异性社会环境因素。

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify subtypes of autism, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, and intellectual disability according to their clinical phenotypes and socio-ecological factors. 2. Establish prognostic models for autism, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, and intellectual disability based on clinical and environmental factors. 3. Identify and examine specific social environmental factors affecting common neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and intellectual disability.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脑损伤、癫痫、脑瘫；
2.严重听力障碍、严重视力障碍等；
3.唐氏综合征、雷特综合征、威廉姆斯综合征、脆性X 综合征；
4.严重代谢疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Brain injury, epilepsy, cerebral palsy;
2. Severe hearing impairment, severe visual impairment, etc.;
3. Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, Williams syndrome, Fragile X syndrome;
4. Severe metabolic diseases, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据采集使用统一的纸质版CRF收集，并且每一名受试者的资料均有独立的档案夹保存，电子问卷资料采用腾讯问卷收集。纸质版数据将由双人双录入到EpiData电子数据库，并使用密码加密。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Unified paper-formed CRF are used for data collection, and the data of each subject will be kept in an independent folder. Tencent questionnaire are used to collect electronic questionnaire data. The paper-formed CRF will be entered into EpiData, an electronic database, by two people and encrypted with password.
