1. Establish the upper limb motor function evaluation system of stroke patients through machine learning algorithm; 2. Development and verification of virtual reality rehabilitation training system for upper limb function of stroke patients. |

药物成份或治疗方案详述: |
1.建立一套基于FTHUE上肢功能评估量表的脑卒中上肢运动功能评估系统; 2.研发一套基于FTHUE上肢功能康复方案的脑卒中虚拟现实上肢功能康复训练系统。基于Unity3D通过3DMAX软件根据FTHUE上肢康复方案及训练任务构建康复场景。患者在训练的同时从虚拟环境中获得视觉、听觉和运动觉等多种本体感受反馈信息; 3.随机对照试验。 试验组患者接受VR训练,同时接受常规的作业治疗。对照组患者仅接受常规作业治疗训练。试验组和对照组均接受常规物理治疗,包括伸展、力量、平衡、步态和功能训练。训练均为每次60分钟,每天1次,每周5次,持续4周。传统的作业治疗主要集中在手和手臂的动作上,类似于虚拟现实训练。 |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
1. Establish a set of stroke upper limb motor function evaluation system based on FTHUE upper limb function evaluation scale; 2. Develop a stroke virtual reality upper limb function rehabilitation training system based on FTHUE upper limb function rehabilitation scheme. Based on Unity3D and 3DMAX software, the rehabilitation scene is constructed according to the FTHUE upper limb rehabilitation scheme and training tasks. While training, patients can obtain various proprioception feedback information such as vision, hearing and motion sense from the virtual environment; 3. Randomized controlled trial. The patients in the test group received VR training and routine occupational therapy. Patients in the control group only received routine occupational therapy training. Both the test group and the control group received routine physical therapy, including stretching, strength, balance, gait and functional training. The training is 60 minutes each time, once a day, five times a week, lasting for four weeks. Traditional occupational therapy mainly focuses on hand and arm movements, similar to virtual reality training. |

本次研究受试者随机分组序列由本校循证医学中心统计工作人员采用SAS9.1统计软件PROC PLAN程序产生,并应用不透光、密闭封信法隐藏随机分组序列。将合格对象按纳入的顺序编号以1:1的比例随机分配进入太极拳组和对照组。预先设定产生的随机数字范围为A、B两组,根据随机数字范围将受试者分配至A组或B组,运行SAS统计软件PROC PLAN程序生成随机数字表,将程序产生的随机分组结果打印出来,制订编码。参与随机分配序列产生与保管的人员不参与招募活动,由课题管理者通过电话告知合格参与者分配结果,随机序列由课题组专人负责管理。 |
