研究目的：

建设百万量级中国自然人群队列，采集以血液为主的生物样本和健康医疗信息，获得从健康--非健康状态（自然人群--疾病人群）发生发展过程中的个体样本和生理病理信息，由前瞻性自然人群队列到后期发展出现专病队列，实现对健康到疾病状态发生发展过程的全面认识，探索疾病成因，以形成生物医药技术转化。

Objectives of Study：

To build a cohort of millions of Chinese natural population, collect biological samples and health and medical information mainly based on blood, and obtain individual samples and physiological and pathological information from the occurrence and development of healthy and non-healthy state (natural population and disease population), from prospective natural population cohort to the later development of specific disease cohort. To achieve a comprehensive understanding of the occurrence and development process from health to disease, explore the causes of disease, in order to form the transformation of biomedical technology.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重的精神疾患；
2. 躯体残疾（无法行走或站立）；
3. 在过去6个月中被诊断为患有严重器质性疾病如肿瘤、心肌梗塞、中风、阿尔兹海默症等；
4. 目前被诊断患有一类传染性疾病及开放性肺结核和艾滋病等严重传染病；
5. 其它原因引起的生活不能自理、不能清楚地回忆、回答问题者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious mental disorders;
2. Physical disability (inability to walk or stand);
3. Have been diagnosed with serious organic diseases such as tumor, myocardial infarction, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, etc., in the past 6 months;
4. Have been diagnosed with a class I infectious disease and serious infectious diseases such as open tuberculosis and AIDS;
5. Those who are unable to take care of themselves, recall clearly or answer questions due to other reasons.
