评估院感提醒门径系统配合家庭参与式护理模式在小规模NICU的运行可行性分析，对于改善新生儿预后，降低院感以及住院天数费用等方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the role of new anti-infection gateway systems and family-center-care mode in small sizes NICU ,and analysis for improving neonatal outcomes, reducing hospital infection and nosocomial infection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有创通气患儿，需要外科干预患儿，存在社会问题的亲属或父母，72小时内即将出院患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

ventilation babies, needing surgeon babies, and parents who have social problem, the babies who will be discharge in 72hours.
