研究目的：

ACL重建后，仍然有相当一部分患者不能恢复急停急转运动，目前认为与膝关节控制旋转稳定的结构未得到可靠修复有关。最近，有学者提出前外侧结构（ALL）重建的概念，亦即ACL重建合并ALL重建，以期更可靠恢复膝关节的旋转稳定性。但是，ALL重建增加了手术的复杂程度，是否能取得相应的功能恢复的效益还值得进一步研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the clincal outcomes of DB-ACL recontruction with and without ALL reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

多发韧带损伤。
合并其它系统疾病，如心脑血管疾病、代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病等。
药物及/或酒精滥用。
孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multi-ligament tear;
2. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.;
3. Drug or alcohol abuse;
4. Pregnent or breastfeeding female.
