To determine the optimal therapeutic effect of TMS stimulation targets.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能配合做或有TMS、MRI和EEG禁忌症的患者；
2.MRI扫描结果无法用于刺激靶点定位者；
3.近期有备孕计划或围产期妇女；
4.使用违禁药品与大量酗酒的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot cooperate with or have contraindications to TMS, MRI and EEG;
2. Patients whose MRI scan results cannot be used to target stimulation;
3. Women who have a recent pregnancy plan or perinatal period;
4. Patients who use illicit drugs and heavy alcohol abuse.
