研究目的：

（1）回顾性分析过去1年住院治疗浙江省复杂性青光眼患者的诊治现状； （2）前瞻性登记浙江省复杂性青光眼患者的诊疗现状及后续患者诊疗的疾病预后情况变化； （3）形成浙江省复杂性青光眼诊治规范及循证指南。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The diagnosis and treatment status of hospitalized patients with complex glaucoma in Zhejiang Province in the past year were analyzed retrospectively; (2) Prospectively register the diagnosis and treatment status of patients with complex glaucoma in Zhejiang Province and the prognosis changes of subsequent patients; (3) Form the diagnosis and treatment norms and evidence-based guidelines for complex glaucoma in Zhejiang Province.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 回顾性部分：无排除标准；
2. 前瞻性部分：
(1) 拒绝签署知情同意书者；
(2) 无法完成登记入组后至少进行1年常规诊疗随访者；
(3) 受试者参与其他临床试验或研究者因其他原因认为受试者需退出研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Retrospective part: no exclusion criteria;
2. Forward-looking part:
(1) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form;
(2) Those who cannot complete the registration and follow-up for at least 1 year after enrollment;
(3) The subject participates in other clinical trials or the investigator believes that the subject needs to withdraw from the study due to other reasons.
