建立一套适应VIV-TAVR的Bio-Bentall手术方法和策略，最大限度地提高未来生物瓣衰败后VIV-TAVR的可行性和安全性，降低发生冠状动脉阻塞的风险。

To establish a set of bio Bentall surgical methods and strategies suitable for viv-tavr, maximize the feasibility and safety of viv-tavr after biological valve decay in the future, and reduce the risk of coronary artery occlusion.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

为了保证数据采集质量的准确性和真实性，研究团队统一进行数据质控培训。将患者信息去标识化。数据导出过程遵循保密原则，导出的数据库由本研究的研究者在不连接外网的电脑单独存储，确保数据库不对外泄漏。数据将采取双人录入，对录入结果进行识别缺失值、异常值以及逻辑错误等问题，有效避免数据录入过程中的错误。

In order to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of data collection quality, the research team conducted data quality control training uniformly. De identify patient information. The data export process follows the principle of confidentiality. The exported database is stored separately by the researchers of this study on the computer not connected to the external network to ensure that the database is not leaked.
