研究目的：

对于结直肠癌合并不可切除腹膜转移的患者，尚未出现完全性肠梗阻时接受预防性性造口治疗，探索对患者生存期的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact on patient survial for patients with colorectal cancer complicated with unresectable petitoneal metastasis, prophylactic ostomy was performed before complete ileus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经检查或临床诊断完全性肠梗阻； 2.肠穿孔合并严重感染者； 3.已加入其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complete intestinal obstruction diagnosed by examination or clinical diagnosis; 2. Intestinal perforation with severe infection; 3. It has been included in other clinical trials.
