研究目的：

1.基于多模态影像技术探索rTMS不同刺激位点对缺血性脑卒中运动功能障碍的疗效及功能重组的动态过程。 2.应用fNIRS技术探索制定个性化治疗方案的可行性。为精准神经康复提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

1.Exploring the efficacy of different stimulation sites of rTMS on motor dysfunction in ischemic stroke based on multimodal imaging technology and the dynamic process of functional reorganization. 2.To explore the feasibility of developing a personalized treatment plan using fNIRS technology. To provide theoretical basis for precise neurorehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病情不稳定，进展性脑卒中或者继发性脑卒中；
2.患侧既往有周围神经损伤或周围神经病变；
3.既往有癫痫病史或者家族史；
4.有需要药物控制的严重焦虑抑郁症状；
5.严重心、肺、肝、肾等脏器疾病；
6.体内有心脏起搏器、耳蜗植入物或颅骨修补术后；
7.有幽闭恐惧症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unstable condition, progressive stroke or secondary stroke;
2. The affected side has previous peripheral nerve injury or neuropathy;
3. Previous history of epilepsy or family history;
4. Have severe anxiety and depression symptoms that require drug control;
5. Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other visceral diseases;
6. After having a cardiac pacemaker, cochlear implant, or skull repair in the body;
7. Patients with claustrophobia.
