评估全膝关节置换中不同氨甲环酸的使用方法之间的疗效对比  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of different methods of tranexamic acid in total knee arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者具有氨甲环酸过敏史；
2.血栓史及两周内口服抗凝药物；
3.具有身体其他部位正在发生的感染；
4.出血性疾病；
5.心房纤颤、心绞痛、中风等内科疾病；
6.类风湿性关节炎；
7.全膝关节置换术翻修患者；
8.患者具有精神疾病或拒绝参与此项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has a history of allergy to tranexamic acid;
2. Thrombosis history and oral anticoagulants within two weeks;
3. Have an ongoing infection in other parts of the body;
4. Hemorrhagic diseases;
5. Medical diseases such as atrial fibrillation, angina pectoris, and stroke;
6. Rheumatoid arthritis;
7. Patients undergoing revision of total knee arthroplasty;
8. The patient has a mental illness or refuses to participate in this study.
