研究目的：

研究高精度经颅直流电刺激（HD-tDCS)刺激辅助治疗在PSD患者中的抑郁和认知功能障碍改善作用，明确HD-tDCS治疗PSD抑郁和认知功能障碍的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the improvement effect of high-precision transcranial direct current stimulation (HD-tDCS) in the treatment of depression and cognitive dysfunction in patients with PSD, and to clarify the improvement situation of HD-tDCS in the treatment of depression and cognitive dysfunction in PSD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.进展性脑卒中；
2.既往存在SSIRs等抗抑郁药物服用史，且心功能III级及以上（NYHY标准）；
3.颅脑外伤、手术史或有颅内金属植入物、心脏起搏器、耳内助听器等辅助器械；
4.妊娠、哺乳期内；
5.伴发有肿瘤、重症感染等严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Progressive stroke;
2. A history of SSIRs and other antidepressants, with Grade III or above cardiac function (NYHY criteria);
3. Craniocerebral trauma, surgical history, or auxiliary devices such as intracranial metal implants, cardiac pacemakers, and ear AIDS;
4. During pregnancy and lactation;
5. Accompanied by tumor, severe infection and other serious complications.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

纸质数据，主要指临床评估的各类问卷。统一保存至物理治疗中心总务间，专柜上锁保存。按照测试时间（如基线、治疗20天后）分别保存。每个受试者的单次测试的所有纸质数据应一起装订。 电子数据，主要指记录的功能核磁共振、WCST和stroop（统称SST）任务。保存在物理治疗中心实验专用电脑的固定路径中。固定路径设置为“D盘—>tDCS-PSD”和“D盘—>tDCS-psd”。每个被试的数据单独保存为以其名字命名的一个文件夹。每次（周）的数据在被试文件夹内单独保存，以时间命名，如“基线”、“第一周”。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Paper data mainly refers to various questionnaires for clinical evaluation. It shall be uniformly stored in the general affairs room of the physical therapy center and locked in the special counter. Save them according to the test time (such as baseline and 20 days after treatment). All paper data of each subject's single test shall be bound together. Electronic data mainly refers to the recorded fMRI, WCST and Stroop (collectively referred to as SST) tasks. It is stored in the fixed path of the special computer for experiment in the physical therapy center. The fixed path is set to "D disk - > tDCS PSD" and "D disk - > tDCS PSD". The data of each subject is saved separately as a folder named after it. The data of each time (week) shall be saved separately in the test folder and named after the time, such as "baseline" and "first week".
