Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of pterygium on the biomechanical properties of cornea.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.圆锥角膜及亚临床圆锥角膜患者；
2.角膜炎、角膜变性、青光眼、高度近视或远视，及眼底疾病；
3.双眼既往眼部外伤或手术史；
4.严重全身系统性疾病及传染病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with keratoconus and subclinical keratoconus;
2. Keratitis, corneal degeneration, glaucoma, high myopia or farsightedness, and fundus diseases;
3. History of ocular trauma or surgery in both eyes;
4. Serious systemic diseases and infectious diseases.
