研究目的：

1. 分析COVID-19轻症感染者中不同社会人群心理应激反应的发病率、发病类型、延续时间、干预效果，为不同患者人群个性化的心理疏导方案提供依据。 2. 研究上海本轮疫情中COVID-19轻症感染者人群合并心身疾病比率，疾病特点，以及对医疗资源的占用情况，为以后公共卫生事件的政策制定提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the incidence rate, type, duration and intervention effect of psychological stress response in different social groups of patients with mild covid-19 infection, so as to provide basis for personalized psychological counseling programs for different patient groups. 2. To study the rate of combined psychosomatic diseases, disease characteristics and occupation of medical resources among covid-19 mild infected people in this round of epidemic in Shanghai, so as to provide basis for policy-making of public health events in the future.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 入选前3个月参加其他临床研究者；
2. 患有焦虑、抑郁或其他精神疾病需要接受临床治疗者；
3. 有滥用药物、毒品或酗酒史者；
4. 研究者认为有任何不适合入选情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who participated in other clinical studies 3 months before enrollment;
2. Those suffering from anxiety, depression or other mental diseases requiring clinical treatment;
3. A person with a history of drug abuse, drug abuse, or alcohol abuse;
4. The researchers believe that there are any unsuitable conditions for inclusion.
