研究目的：

以酒成瘾患者为研究对象，精准定位右侧DLPFC行rTMS治疗，探索对精准定位rTMS治疗酒精成瘾患者渴求及认知功能损害的疗效，为提高酒精成瘾患者疗效及开展对酒依赖的精准治疗提供线索和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with alcohol addiction were selected as the research objects, rTMS treatment was performed on the right DLPFC accurately, and the efficacy of rTMS on the treatment of craving and cognitive impairment in patients with alcohol addiction was explored, so as to provide clues and basis for improving the efficacy of patients with alcohol addiction and carrying out accurate treatment of alcohol dependence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 治疗依从性差；
2. 头颅内置有金属异物、带心脏起搏器者、心脏支架者、有耳蜗植入物者，有颅内压明显增高者等；
3. 合并心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等严重躯体性疾病者；
4. 有癫痫病史及癫痫病家族史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor treatment compliance;
2. Those with metal foreign bodies built into the skull, those with pacemakers, heart stents, cochlear implants, and those with significantly increased intracranial pressure, etc.;
3. Patients with serious physical diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system;
4. History of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

一、自制一般情况调查表收集入组被试年龄、性别、身高、体重、等基本人口学资料并调查其酒精滥用及治疗情况；患者在基线、干预结束时使用视觉模拟量表（VAS）、宾夕法尼亚酒精渴求量表（PACS）评定对酒精的额渴求情况，，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评估焦虑症状的严重程度和对各种干预治疗效果，汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评估郁情绪的严重程度，采用简易精神状况量表（MMSE）、数字广度测验（DST）、词语流畅性测验（VFT）、霍普金斯词语学习修订版（HVLT-R）评估。 二、由项目负责人收管理以上数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. A self-made general condition questionnaire was used to collect the basic demographic data of the subjects, including age, sex, height and weight, and investigate their alcohol abuse and treatment status; Patients at the end of the baseline, intervention using visual analog scale (VAS), Pennsylvania alcohol craving scale evaluation of the amount of alcohol craving (PACS), and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) to assess the severity of the symptoms of anxiety and for various intervention effect, Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) to evaluate the severity of the depressive mood, The simplified Mental Status Scale (MMSE), Digital Breadth Test (DST), Word Fluency Test (VFT) and Hopkins Word Learning Revision (HVT-R) were used. 2.The project leader shall receive and manage the above data.
