研究目的：

为了探究不同运动亚型的PD患者的发病机制，本研究利用弥散张量成像技术量化两者不同的参数，以求发现二者的差异，进而探索该技术在临床应用中的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to explore the pathogenesis of PD patients with different motor subtypes, this study uses diffusion tensor imaging technology to quantify their different parameters, in order to find the differences between them, and then explore the value of this technology in clinical application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的心肺肝肾病变；
2.严重的心理疾病，幽闭恐惧症；
3.有磁共振禁忌症；
4.不同意接受观察性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases;
2. Serious mental illness, claustrophobia;
3. Magnetic resonance contraindications;
4. Do not agree to accept observational research.
