研究目的：

糖尿病视网膜病变是目前造成视力下降的重要原因之一，对于其早期诊断、早期干预是预防视力进一步下降的有效手段。OCTA具有较多特异性可量化的指标，相较于目前糖网诊疗的金标准FFA的成像原理不同，对于糖网的诊断可以提供一些新的思路和标志。在与FFA对无灌注区现象差异的报道很少，且其中的分布特点，诊断预后尚不清楚。顾本回顾性研究重在总结其中临床特点、分布规律，为临床工作及进一步深入研究提供参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

Diabetic retinopathy is one of the important causes of vision loss at present, and its early diagnosis and early intervention are effective means to prevent further vision loss. OCTA has many specific and quantifiable indicators. Compared with the current gold standard FFA for the diagnosis and treatment of sugar nets, the imaging principle is different, and it can provide some new ideas and signs for the diagnosis of sugar nets. There are few reports on the phenomenon of non-perfusion zone differences with FFA, and its distribution characteristics, diagnosis and prognosis are unclear. Gu Ben's retrospective research focuses on summarizing the clinical characteristics and distribution rules, and provides a reference for clinical work and further in-depth research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 除糖尿病视网膜病变外合并其他眼底视网膜病变的患者；
2. 屈光介质浑浊（明显白内障、玻璃体积血）不能获得清楚影像结果的患者，OCTA图像质量评分<45分；
3. 不能配合检查固视的患者；
4. 除糖尿病视网膜病变外合并其他眼底疾病（年龄相关性黄斑变性、PCV、视神经萎缩等）的患者；
5. 合并其他影响视力的眼科疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other fundus retinopathy in addition to diabetic retinopathy;
2. For patients with turbid refractive media (obvious cataract, vitreous hemorrhage) and unable to obtain clear imaging results, the OCTA image quality score is less than 45 points;
3. Patients who cannot cooperate with the inspection of fixation;
4. Patients with other fundus diseases (age-related macular degeneration, PCV, optic atrophy, etc.) in addition to diabetic retinopathy;
5. Combined with other ophthalmic diseases that affect vision.
