研究目的:

Idiopathic scoliosis困擾了醫療人員數千年之久。患者常會出現呼吸困難,即使患者沒有明顯症狀,在呼吸功能檢查也可能出相關症狀。除肺部功能受限外,此疾病還可能導致呼吸肌無力和與運動能力受限,從而改變對日常生活活動的生理反應,並在許多情況下導致功能障礙,現今臨床上建議預防原發性脊柱側彎進展的治療方案主流之一為physiotherapy scoliosis-specific exercises, PSSE,但對心肺功能表現加強常見還是以有氧運動為主。因此本研究目的為針對Idiopathic scoliosis之PSSE中添加固定式自行車有氧運動並探究各項運度參數用以理解各參數改善脊柱側彎患者之心肺功能與延緩或改善惡化相關表現。本研究先收納19位受試者來對 固定式腳踏車之有氧運動各項參數做測試,後再藉由此參數再收納172位脊柱側彎患,年紀10歲以上,Cobb angle大於10度,可以聽從簡單指令者,並隨機分成兩組,實驗前所有受試者皆分析其步態對稱性評估,動作對稱性評估,肌肉對稱性評估,平衡能力評估,背部肌耐力評估,身體體表溫度表現評估,頸部血流評估,心肺耐力評估,實驗組前三個月接受特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動後三個月接受特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動並再添加固定式自行車有氧運動,控制組接受特定性脊柱側彎矯正運動,每人每次為期60分鐘,每週3次共執行6個月時間(至少24週,72次),完成後再次評估。本研究為第一篇針對Idiopathic scoliosis對PSSE並與固定式腳踏車有氧運動相結合之研究,讓原發性脊柱側彎患者可以在接受PSSE後並了解自身合之固定式腳踏車有氧運動之各項運動參數,繼續長期藉由適合自己之矯治運動合併氧運動訓練,並持續改善疾病狀況,提升患者生活品質與自信。  

Objectives of Study:

Idiopathic scoliosis has plagued medical staff for thousands of years. Patients often have difficulty breathing. Even if the patient has no obvious symptoms, related symptoms may also appear during the respiratory function test. In addition to restricted lung function, this disease may also lead to respiratory muscle weakness and restricted exercise capacity, thereby changing the physiological response to activities of daily living, and in many cases leading to dysfunction. It is now clinically recommended to prevent primary One of the mainstream treatment options for scoliosis progression is physiotherapy scoliosis-specific exercises, PSSE, but aerobic exercise is the most common way to enhance cardiopulmonary function. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to add stationary bicycle aerobic exercise to the PSSE of Idiopathic scoliosis and explore various exercise parameters to understand each parameter to improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients with scoliosis and delay or improve the performance related to deterioration. In this study, 19 subjects were first admitted to test various parameters of aerobic exercise on stationary bicycles, and then 172 patients with scoliosis who were over 10 years old and whose Cobb angle was greater than 10 degrees were included based on this parameter. Those who can follow simple instructions were randomly divided into two groups. Before the experiment, all subjects analyzed their gait symmetry assessment, movement symmetry assessment, muscle symmetry assessment, balance ability assessment, back muscle endurance assessment, and body surface temperature. Performance evaluation, neck blood flow evaluation, cardiorespiratory endurance evaluation, the experimental group received specific scoliosis correction exercises in the first three months and then received specific scoliosis correction exercises and added stationary bicycle aerobic exercises, control The group received specific scoliosis correction exercises, each for 60 minutes each time, 3 times a week for a total of 6 months (at least 24 weeks, 72 times), and reassessed after completion. This study is the first study on the combination of Idiopathic scoliosis on PSSE and stationary bicycle aerobic exercise, so that patients with primary scoliosis can understand their own suitable stationary bicycle aerobic exercise after receiving PSSE Exercise parameters, continue to use corrective exercises that suit you and aerobic exercise training for a long time, and continue to improve the disease status, and enhance the quality of life and confidence of patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)非原發性之脊柱側彎患者;
(2)年齡小於 18 歲的原發性脊柱側彎患者;
(3)曾接受手術或正在穿著脊椎矯正背架之患者;
(4)合併有其他神經系統疾病;
(5)合併有下肢骨骼或關節畸形;
(6)合併有眩暈症;
(7)無法配合口令執行動作者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) non-primary scoliosis patients;
(2) primary patients younger than 18 years old; Patients with primary scoliosis;
(3) Patients who have undergone surgery or are wearing a spinal brace;
(4) Combined with other neurological diseases;
(5) Combined with lower extremity bone or joint deformity;
(6) Combined with vertigo;
(7) Those who are unable to perform actions with the password.
