研究目的：

研究压力生物反馈仪(Pressure Biofeedback Unit，PBU)治疗联合Flexi-bar运动疗法对慢性非特异性腰痛患者的康复效果，为非特异性腰痛的患者提供一个能够在日常生活中便捷有效地自我评估与管理腰背部功能的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the rehabilitation effect of Pressure Biofeedback Unit (PBU) therapy combined with Flexi-bar exercise therapy in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain, providing patients with nonspecific low back pain with a convenient and effective self-assessment and management of low back function in daily life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并腰椎肿瘤、结核、骨折、强直性脊柱炎、骨质疏松症、腰椎管狭窄症、腰椎滑脱；
2.严重心、肺、肾功能不全者，精神病患者；
3.腰椎、骨盆及下肢手术史；
4.MRI 或 CT 检查见腰椎及椎旁组织异常；
5.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
6.严重疼痛者[视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）≥7分]；
7.无法耐受者；
8.依从性差不愿配合康复训练者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined lumbar tumors, tuberculosis, fractures, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, or lumbar spondylolisthesis;
2. With severe heart, lung, and kidney dysfunction, or mental patients;
3. With history of surgery on the lumbar spine, pelvis and lower limbs;
4. MRI or CT examination to show abnormalities of the lumbar spine and paravertebral tissues;
5. Pregnant or lactating women;
6. With severe pain [Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) >= 7];
7. Participant who is intolerable;
8. Poor compliance and unwillingness to cooperate with rehabilitation training.
