旨在利用MiniPDX药敏检测技术进行对去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者临床用药指导的研究  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to guide clinical medication for patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer by a MiniPDX drug sensitivity test

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.认知能力和心理异常；
2.ECOG评分3-4分或者血液生化检查提示患者不适合继续进行化疗或化疗有推迟的；
3.无法提供足够的肿瘤穿刺组织，得不到足够的肿瘤细胞用于后续实验；
4.研究人员认为，受试者未必能完成本研究或未必能遵守本研究的要求（由于管理方面的原因或其他原因）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive and psychological abnormalities;
2. An ECOG score of 3-4 or a blood biochemical test indicates that the patient is not suitable for continuing chemotherapy or that chemotherapy has been delayed;
3. Unable to provide sufficient tumor puncture tissue and obtain sufficient tumor cells for subsequent experiments;
4.The researchers believe that the subjects may not be able to complete the study or may not be able to comply with the requirements of the study (due to management reasons or other reasons).
