研究目的：

评价苓荷颗粒治疗肥胖型代谢相关脂肪性肝病疗效，并找出有效人群适应症以建立预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Linghe Granules on obesity metabolism-related fatty liver disease, and to find out the indications of effective population to establish a prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

苓荷颗粒：茯苓15克、净山楂8克、荷叶8克、佛手10克、决明子10克、丹参10克、陈皮8克、玉米须 15克。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Ling-He Granules: Tuckahoe 15g, Hawthorn 8g, Lotus leaf 8g,Finger citron fruit 10g, Sickle senna seed 10g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 10g, Chenpi 8g, Corn silk 15g. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.丙氨酸氨基转移酶/天冬氨酸氨基转移酶>5×ULN（标准上限）、总胆红素 > 2 × ULN；
2.酒精性脂肪性肝病；
3.合并病毒性、自身免疫性及其他肝病，或服用可能导致脂肪肝的药物者；
4.合并糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、结缔组织疾病及严重心、肝、造血、神经系统并发症，或明确有其他重要疾病者；
5.中医辨证属肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚等典型虚证者；
6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女、过敏体质、对药物过敏及有精神类疾患者；
7.近一年内实施过胃肠减肥手术或近3个月内服减肥药体重下降>10%者；
8.近3个月来服用其他治疗用药而影响疗效评价，或者近一个月内参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Alanine aminotransferase/aspartate aminotransferase >5xULN (standard upper limit), total bilirubin > 2 xULN;
2. Alcoholic fatty liver disease;
3. Complicated with viral, autoimmune and other liver diseases, or taking drugs that may lead to fatty liver;
4. Patients with diabetes mellitus, malignant tumor, connective tissue disease and serious complications of heart, liver, hematopoietic, nervous system, or other important diseases;
5. TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to liver and kidney Yin deficiency, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and other typical deficiency syndrome;
6. Pregnant or lactating patients, allergic constitution, drug allergy and mental disorders;
7. Patients who have undergone gastrointestinal bariatric surgery within the past year or who have taken diet drugs within the past 3 months have lost more than 10% of their body weight;
8. Patients who took other therapeutic drugs within the last 3 months and affected the efficacy evaluation, or participated in other clinical trials within the last 1 month.

由SPSS 17.0统计软件产生随机数字进行分组，分为试验组（苓荷颗粒）和对照组（安慰剂），每组各92例，药物由药厂进行贴盲号标签并保留盲底，严格按编号发放给受试者。
