研究目的：

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAS）是卒中后严重影响患者预后的常见并发症。基于OSAS的病理生理特征，我们欲通过口咽功能训练改善卒中后OSAS患者的低通气状态。本研究拟选取首次卒中且合并OSAS患者为研究对象，给予口咽功能训练，评估训练对睡眠呼吸暂停低通气的效果，有望为卒中后OSAS的治疗提供新的途径。

Objectives of Study：

Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopne syndrome (OSAS) is a significant complication after stroke. Based on pathological physiological characteristics of OSAS, we attempt to applying oropharyngeal exercises for OSAS after stroke. This study intends to select OSAS patients after first stroke, and gives them the oropharyngeal exercises. The treatment effects will be estimated. It is expected to provide a new approach for the treatment of OSAS after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 卒中前诊断的阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征并接受治疗者；(2)伴有其他神经系统疾病，如痴呆；(3) 有精神病史；(4)颅脑外伤史；(5) 失认或失语；(6) 预期寿命低于6个月；（7）慢性阻塞性肺疾病；（8）妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. previously diagnosed OSA on therapy;
2. concomitant central nervous system diseases such as dementia;
3. history of psychosis;
4. traumatic brain injury; and
5. anosagnosia or aphasia;
6. life expectancy < 6 months;
7. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
8. pregnant.

盲法：	本试验采用双盲对照。设盲工作由大连大学附属中山医院与统计人员共同完成，由统计人员采用统计软件产生随机数字表，由不参加实验的人员对对照组及实验组进行编盲。盲底以及紧急破盲信封由临床研究单位专职人员保存，并按照规定严格管理揭盲以及紧急破盲。
Blinding：	This test is double blind comparison. A blind work is completed by Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University and statistical personnel, the statistical personnel uses statistical software to produce the random number table, and the person who is not participated in the study codes blind for the control and study group.the blind codes of the clinical research and the envelope of emergency broken blind is saved by the full-time personnel in Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University; and uncovering the blind and emergency broken blind implements according to the regulation management strictly.
