研究目的：

（1）获取粤北地区围产期CHD 发病的流行病学本地数据。 （2）通过回顾性巢氏病例对照研究分析粤北地区围产期 CHD 发生的危险因素及保护因素。 （3）通过前瞻性出生队列研究对粤北地区围产期 CHD 发病的危险因素和保护因素进行验证研究。 为临床指导孕产妇降低胎儿先心 病发病率提供指导意见，从而建立以防治先天性心脏病发 生为重点的三级预防干预模式。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Obtain epidemiological local data of perinatal CHD in northern Guangdong; (2) The risk factors and protective factors of perinatal CHD in the northern Guangdong were analyzed by retrospective nested case-control study; (3) The prospective birth cohort study was conducted to investigate the risk factors and protective factors of CHD in perinatal period in northern Guangdong. To guide the clinical guidance of pregnant women to reduce fetal incidence of congenital heart disease to provide guidance to establish prevention and treatment of congenital heart disease as the focus of the tertiary prevention intervention model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不同意参加此研究的孕妇；签署了知情同意书但未进行筛查诊断而流产的孕妇；难以追踪到妊娠结局的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women who did not agree to participate in the study; pregnant women who signed informed consent but did not screen for a diagnosis of miscarriage; pregnant women who were difficult to trace to the outcome of the pregnancy.
